Rose Hip Soup with almond biscuits and ice cream

A classic Swedish winter dish. The soup itself is perfectly suited for storing in a thermos while doing winter sports.

Cooking instructions for two servings (multiply or divide as needed): Bring 5dl water to the point of boiling, add 1/4dl soup extract to the water, mix vigorously while the water hits the boiling point. Let cool for a a few minutes, serve with a handful almond biscuits and preferably float some vanilla ice cream in the soup. Whipped cream is an acceptable substitute for the ice cream, especially if one thinks the soup is too sweet.
